What are your postage/ handling charges?

Postage and handling are charged as a flat fee of $9 for 1-4 products, $15 for 5-14 products and $20 for any orders over 15 products.

What is your Return Policy?

Jazzamm is happy to exchange and provide full refunds (minus shipping charges) within 5 days of purchase if you decide on the wrong size or item. You must provide a copy of your receipt and the item must have the original labeling intact and must be presented in an unworn condition. Please view our Return and Exchange Policy.

Do you have layby facilities?

Yes, Jazzamm offers 8 week, 16 week or Christmas Layby’s- view full details in our Layby section.

Do you sell Performance Costumes?

Yes but only leotard type costumes, we can make them to your requirements, – just contact us.

Do you have second-hand stock?

No.

How do I know what size to buy?

We outline a sizing chart on all our products.

Do you sell wholesale?

We do not sell wholesale but we do offer discounts for bulk purchases please contact us for a quote.

What Brands do you carry?

Our brands currently include Red Monkey Gear and So Danca, however we are happy to talk to you about selling your products.
