Return & Exchange Policy

Jazzamm is happy to exchange and provide full refunds (Minus shipping charges) within 5 days of purchase if you decide on the wrong size or item for regular sized stock- This does not include custom ordered stock. You must provide a copy of your receipt and the item must have the original labeling  in tact and must be presented in an unworn condition. Please not we do not accept returns or exchanges of any custom made clothing.

To submit a return or exchange please follow these steps.

1. Email sales@jazzamm.com.au with your name, contact details, invoice number and details of item and reason for the refund or exchange. For exchanged also include the details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, colour and size) Within 2 business days we will reply with a confirmation return ID number.

2. Mail your product back to us at Jazzamm 6 Elm Street Goulburn NSW 2580 Australia. Using mail at your expense with the postage charge receipt enclosed (If product faulty) Please write the return ID number on the back of the mail satchel or box.

Jazzamm will only cover the extra expense of postage for faulty products once we have accessed the damage. We accept no responsibility for damages of goods in transit.

Jazzamm does not take responsibility of lost items in the mail.

3. Once we receive the product back we will access it for any damage and then either:

a) For exchanged- Invoice you our standard postage fee price and re send the new item once postage is paid.

b) For Refunds- Refund the purchase price back into your account (minus postage and a 20% handling fee)

c) Faulty Products– Re-send the new item to you and refund any postage expenses you have paid.

Jazzamm reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by Jazzam a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a full refund including postage will be issued.

Please note:

  • Jazzamm will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery or if your item is lost in the mail.
  • Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
  • You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with you order.
  • In the event that your product is lost in transit, Jazzamm will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Register Post.
  • We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.
  • All items for returns or exchanges must be receive in our warehouse within 14 days of the original order. So we recommend you mail back within 2-3 days of notifying us of your return or exchange.
  • Items have to be returned unworn, with original tags intact.
  • Due to health regulations we are unable to accept return of hair accessories, hosiery and undergarments unless deemed faulty or wrongly delivered.
  • All returns must be sent back via registered post.
  • Purchases must be returned to the address below.
  • We can not guarantee that the item you wish to exchange your purchase for will be available.
  • Refunds generally exclude shipping cost. If for some reason our quality control team missed a manufacturing fault or sent the wrong item, we will gladly provide you with a full refund (incl. shipping) or free exchange. The shipping cost will not be refunded on change of mind returns.
  • No refunds or exchanges on sale/clearance items
